Privacy

We keep data collection to a minimum.

What we collect

• Apply clicks. When you click Apply we log the time, which listing, and the page you came from, so we know which listings are useful. We don't log your IP address.
• Ad campaigns. If you arrived from one of our ads, a cookie remembers which campaign it was for 30 days, so we can see which ads lead to Apply clicks. We record the campaign, not who you are.
• Job alert emails. If you sign up for job alerts, we store your email, the fields and platforms you picked, and when you signed up and confirmed. We use them only to send job alerts, through our email provider (Resend). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Your fields. When you pick fields, a cookie remembers them for a year so the projects list shows those roles first. It holds only the field names.

Advertising

We advertise on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure those ads, our pages load the Google tag and the Meta Pixel, which tell Google and Meta when someone views a page or clicks Apply. Google and Meta may use cookies to connect that to your account with them. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's ad settings and Meta's ad preferences.

We don't sell your data. Once you leave for a platform's site, that platform's own privacy policy applies.
